The official language of the Congress is English (All presentation will be simultaneously translated into Russian)

Invitation Letter
The Organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Congress upon request. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organizer to provide financial spport. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration.

Certificate of Attendance All participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance.

Time: Local time is GMT +4 (GMT +5 in summer).

Electricity: Electrical current is 220 volts, 50Hz. Round two-pin attachment plugs and ‘Schuko’ plugs are in use.

Language: Azerbaijani, or Azeri, is the official language. Turkish and Russian are widely spoken; few people speak English.

Communications: The international dialling code for Azerbaijan is +994. The outgoing code is 00 followed by the relevant country code. Area codes are in use e.g. 12 for Baku. It is possible to make international calls from public phones, which require a card; local phones use tokens. GSM coverage is basic and includes the area around Baku as well as some other cities. Roaming charges are high and it is best to buy a local SIM card.

Transportation in city: For travelling taxis can be used. They have not taximeter. Travelling in the city by taxi costs about 3-5 Euro. It costs about 10 Euro between Medical University and Ramada Hotel. (One way)
